8.1. What is the Waiting List
A Waiting List Booking is a booking where there is no TIME SLOT available on the preferred day to take a firm booking for the patient/caller. The Operator takes a booking into the Parking Area on the preferred day of the booking. The booking is taken as Category "Waiting List" and the colour is Purple. An example is shown below:
Please note waiting list appointments must be placed in the parking area to avoid confusion.
