8.3. Responsibility for Managing the Waiting List
While The Silent Partner staff are able to contact the patients/clients on your wait list on your behalf and book them in for the next available slot at your request, it is NOT the Silent Partners responsibility to manage the waiting list.
If you would like us to contact clients on your waiting list on your behalf, you will need to send a request to support@silentpartner.com.au. There will be a charge for the outbound calls to do so.
