2.4. Standard Colours Used
Since The Silent Partner call attendants are accessing numerous calendars, to minimise confusion and the potential for errors we have a few standard colors used in the calendars. Each of these colors have a specific meaning and all new call attendants are trained on these colours and their meaning, so they can easily identify a clients availability, special notes etc. They are consistent across all our calendars and it is not possible to change.
| Red | This colour is used to mark unavailability in the calendar. If an operator sees a time blocked by a red  | 
| Green | This colour, generally of two or three different shades, is used to indicate a booked appointment.  |

| Orange | While not a colour option added to your diary by default, it is the colour of choice for | 
| Black | This colour is used to represent a cancellation made within a cancellation period. Eg same day. | 
| Grey | This colour is used to represent a cancellation made outside a cancellation period that has not rebooked. | 
| Purple | This colour is used for the waiting list. Please refer to Chapter 8 (link below) for more information. |
