13.2. Calendar Maintenance

While you as the client are in charge of maintaining your diary, there are some changes that you may prefer are made by The Silent Partner. In these situations all change requests need to be made in writing to support@silentpartner.com.au.

All changes made by the Silent Partner are charged at a rate of $80 per hour excl GST as per The Standard Schedule of Fees and Charges. This also includes processing your request so the clearer your request, the less time it will take.
