Clinko is an online Practice Management Application suitable for medical and health related businesses.
Clinko offers customers an integrated calendar service, offering clients the ability to integrate client management, billing and online bookings into there Practivce Management Application.
The Silent Partner will be logging into your own instance of Cliniko and we will have scheduler permissions only.
Cliniko will provide a unique URL per client account.

Timely is an online Practice Management Application suitable for medical and health related businesses. It runs through a web browser with no need to install software or an app.
Timely offers customers an integrated calendar service, offering clients the ability to integrate client management, billing, online bookings and many more features.

Signing up to Timely using the unique Silent Partner link provided above will mean that your new account will automatically be linked to The Silent Partner's Timely Partner Account.
This will mean giving access to The Silent Partner to manage and process your calendar appointments on your behalf will be simply a case of following the steps below.
If you have an existing timely account, there is a two step process to allow Silent Partner access to your Timely account.
Step 1: You will need to send an email to Timely requesting this. Timely will add your account to our Partner account.
Simply cut and paste the details into an email as follows. Ensure that you are sending the email from the email address that you have registered with Timely to esnure your request is automatically authenticated.

Email Subject: Add My Account to Silent Partner Partner Account

Dear Support,
please link my account with reseller Silent Partner (Partner Code: thesilentpartner).

Step 2: After you have received an email reply from Timely confirming that your account has been lined to The Silent Partner Partner Account simply follow the steps below to complete the access process
If you do not have a Timely Account, then you will need to create one. Creating a new account using the link that we provide you will mean that your new account will automatically be linked to our Partner Account and you will simply need to grant us access through the interface.

PowerDiary offers customers an integrated calendar service, offering clients the ability to integrate client management, billing, online bookings and many more features.

The Silent Partner (TSP) has a Power Diary Master Account under which we can view our various Power
To establish a link to your diary, you will need to set up a New User in your Power Diary Account.
This is done by going to Setup > Users. Call this New User The Silent Partner Master Account.
You can then determine what features you would like Silent Partner to have access to but please ensure that Silent Partner has access to the reporting feature. This is for our internal team training and performance management. (This is detailed under " Available Features")
You will then be asked for a User
You will then be asked for a password - This is your own password - We do not need to know this. ( The password needs to be between 6-16 characters long and include at least 1 number and 1 special character.)
Once this is done you will need to email PowerDiary support (support@powerdiary.com.au) to include your account under TSP Call Centre Master Account.

Please allow 2-3 business days for Power Diary to link your calendar to The Silent Partner's Master account
Once this has been done the account will be linked and we can gain access to create appointments for you.
