9.1. Overview Calendars

Depending on the complexity of your requirements, you may need multiple calendars to facilitate these requirements. Examples of requirements that may lead to the need for Multiple calendars includes (but is not limited to):

If you need to have multiple calendars, you will be given an overview calendar. This calendar lists the appointments for all your calendars for the selected day. Each calendars event is listed in a horizontal Planner view. You can create, edit and change appointments from this view if the user has the appropriate permissions.

Please note an overview calendar does not include events in the parking area, or events with the categories of "Waiting List" or "Cancellations". You will have to go directly to the appropriate calendar to view these.


There is no additional charge for the overview calendar.
