6.2. Sending an Email Notification
When creating a booking using the create/edit event pop up window, scroll down to the pink bar labelled "Email Notification" (see below for example). Enter email address under "TO:". You do not need to add any additional comments. Make sure to enter email address accurately and with no spaces.
There will be a note in the system to remind you to send the email. If the patient does not have an email address this should be noted in the booking. Please see below for an example of the note (or a variation of) you will find in the pop up:
