Timely is a third party calendar service provider and as such have their own extensive knowledge book and support team. 

For support of your Timely account you should contact Timely directly at support@gettimely.com or help@gettimely.com.

If your support query is in relation to a booking or details taken by a Silent Partner team member, please email support@silentpartner.com.au with the query details and a member of our team will investigate and get back to you with further details.
